Your order means the world to us. We appreciate each and every order and pride ourselves in attention to detail. As each piece is handmade in the Amy Jennifer Jewellery studio shipping can take a little bit longer than bigger chain stores.

Please allow 2-3 days for pre-made pieces and 2-6 weeks for made to order pieces to be packaged and shipped to you.

Please check the item listing to find out if your piece is ready to ship or made to order.

All orders are shipping from the UK via Royal Mail.

Delivery is charged in accordance with size and destination.

All orders are sent Tracked & Signed.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or fees charged by customs/duties in your country. The buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or brokerage fees.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen parcels. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and safe shipping address, if an item is lost we will happily do everything in our power to help you track it down.

If incorrect information is provided the customer will have to pay for any additional shipping corrections.


We want you to LOVE your Amy Jennifer Jewellery! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you would like to exchange it, we will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid within 7 days of customer receipt of the shipment.

Custom Item Returns

Since these items are made per your unique requirements, we cannot refund a custom made item.

Custom orders include special sizing, different chain length, additions or deletions to designs, etc..

To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. It must also be in the original packaging. We don't accept returns on custom made jewellery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
