Getting Started
Our bespoke process begins with a conversation. You can reach out to Amy Jennifer Jewellery through our custom order form, email, phone, or virtual consultation. During this initial chat, we’ll ask about your key inspirations, budget, preferred metal types, and gemstone preferences.
Gemstone Sourcing
If your design includes gemstones, you'll be presented with a curated selection based on your earlier preferences. You’ll receive high-quality photos and videos of each gemstone, along with detailed information including measurements, origins, and pricing.
Designing
With your ideal gemstone selected, you’ll receive a series of sketches that incorporate your ideas. We collaborate closely with you until every detail meets your expectations. Once satisfied, you’ll receive a CAD (computer-aided design) rendering of the final piece to visualise its proportions in 3D.
Creation
Creating your bespoke piece typically takes 2-4 weeks from design finalisation. This process may involve 3D printing your design in wax, casting it in your chosen metal, cleaning, and polishing, setting gemstones, and hallmarking. For heirloom and remodelling orders, we carefully remove gemstones from existing jewellery, inspect and clean them, and use traditional goldsmithing techniques to hand-fabricate pieces using your existing gold.
Finish!
Upon completion, you’ll receive professional photographs and videos of your jewellery. Amy will contact you to schedule expedited shipping and invoice you for the remaining balance. All pieces are delivered in exquisite jewellery boxes.
